Ugh I am such a slacker! So much has been happening that I just havent had the chance to blog, although I have been trying to keep my fb fan page updated as frequently as possible! I have beenshooting alot of Boudoir Sessions lately as well and Idont have permission to post all of them, so that has something to do with the lack of posting as well! So I havent talked about this too much because the whole thing seemed kinda too good to be true - I am assisting a photographer here in Fulda, Christoph Struckmeier. We worked out a sweet deal that if I help him out with some of his shoots I can use his studio. Sweet right? But the perks continue: he did a fashion shoot for a local boutique and asked me to shoot alongside him. So I had my first ever studio shoot and it was AWESOME! Hello dream job. So I am sure I will be telling you lots more about this in the weeks to come. For now some of the shots from our shoot :)
*Thanks to Valeria and Sophia for being super sweet, amazing models
xoxo

Now when it comes to taking pictures I am all about people. Landscapes, yes they are gorgeous but can never seem to capture them properly. I realize that I just will never be Ansel Adams, I just dont see things that way I guess. But on our vacation in Austria, I thought I would give Landscape photography another go...

Every once in a while I find a model to do a more fashion styled shoot with. These shoots are always super fun for me and they really help me get more creative. We decided to do this shoot in the Kurpark in Bad Hersfeld because of this beautiful house in the middle of the park. I chose this location for a girl that has some experiece because I knew she wouldnt let people gawking bother her.
Now for those of you who may not know this Germans are starers, they do not give a damn if you notice or stare right back, they are gonna keep looking. So doing this shoot in a public place I expected some staring, which is why we planned the shoot for eraly in the morning. I figured the less people the less staring. What I did not expect however is for an elderly man to straight up pull his bike to a stop right behind me, get off and stare for like two minutes! I mean who does that!? I was dying laughing butTheresa was cool as a cucumber, she totally kept doing her thing!
None the less this shoot is one of my favorites to date I had a blast doing makeup and styling too.

Oh my goodness so much has been going on! I am still recovering from one of my best friends weddings this weekend and in my free time from helping out with that I have been editing my brains out. So thankful to have been able to do so many shoots recently but man its alot of work :)
Enough yapping, time to show some pictures. These are loooong overdue seeing as how I took them in April but these sisters deserve a spot in my bloggity :)

When Laura contacted me about doing a portrait session, I was stoked! She is cute, fashionable and really sweet - my favorite type of client! We met for coffee and bounced some ideas back and forth and I feel like we came up with an amazing set of photos with lots of personality and amazing clothes of course :)
